The Dental information was great! I am a dental assistant and now I have this website to refer to for Celiac patients to go to! Firstly for the recipes, because I am utilizing info as my son has Celiac, but also for the Dental info! Thank you for going the extra step! Great job and a pat on the back@!

A relative bought your cookbook for me for my birthday & it's great. I tried the stuffed eggplant & veggie paella last weekend & they were wonderful. I'm always looking for new recipes & this is a nice addition to my cookbook collection. It's obvious that you put so much effort into this book.
